Pricing

Two people free. Forever, not for fourteen days.

A founder and their first hire is a real team, not a trial. So that tier is a real product with no clock on it.

Your third hire costs $27, not $9.

Worth being blunt about, because it's the one place the pricing bites. Two people is free. The third person doesn't get added at $9 on top — the whole team moves onto the paid plan, and everyone is $9. So three people is $27 a month, four is $36, five is $45.

That's a real jump and you should see it here rather than at checkout. If two people is working, stay at two as long as it does.

There is no third tier.

No enterprise plan, no “contact us for pricing”, no number that only appears once you get on a call. Two figures, both on this page.

I've been on the other side of enough procurement calls to know they're a tax on your time that gets priced back into the quote.

Questions worth a straight answer

Can I assign work if I upgrade? No. Not at any price. That's the product, not a tier.

What happens when someone leaves? Their team todos stay, so the work isn't stranded. Their private ones go with them. Your seat count drops with them too.

Is this replacing Asana? If you run Gantt charts and sprint planning, no — and you'll be annoyed. If your team mostly needs to know what everyone's doing today, yes.
