How it works

Three moves. Nobody gets told what to do.

The whole model fits in one sentence: you suggest, they decide, and you can still see everything either way.

01

You suggest

It lands in their inbox, not on their list. Nothing has moved yet.

02

They decide

Accept and it becomes theirs, at the top of their order. Decline and they tell you why.

03

You still see it all

Every list, every day. Visibility was never the thing you gave up.

What a suggestion can't do

A suggestion carries four things. There is no field for anything else.

Set a dateno such field
Set priorityno such field
Set positionno such field
Carry a noteYes — that's the whole extra payload
03 — Declining

A no comes with a reason. That part isn't optional.

Your team can turn work down. What they can't do is turn it down silently.

Getting started

No implementation. No call.

Sign up, write your first todo, invite one person. That is the setup.

There is no onboarding sequence to sit through, no migration, no sandbox environment, and nobody from enterprise sales who needs to understand your workflow before quoting you a number. If it doesn't fit how you work, you'll know inside a day instead of after a quarter.
