What you are agreeing to

By using TeamList, you agree to these terms. TeamList is owned and operated by Simple Focus LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company ("we", "us"). If you do not agree, do not use TeamList.

What TeamList provides

TeamList is a daily todo list application for individuals and teams. We provide the service as-is and work to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time.

Your account

• You must sign in with a valid Google account.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use TeamList.
• One person per account. Do not share your login.

Your content

You own the content you put into TeamList — your todos, descriptions, comments, and attachments. We do not claim ownership of your content. We need a license to operate the service (storing, displaying, and transmitting your content to you and your teammates), and you grant us that license by using TeamList.

When you share todos with a team, those todos are visible to other team members according to TeamList's visibility rules. Private todos are displayed as redacted bars — the content is not shared.

Acceptable use

Do not use TeamList to:

• Violate any law or regulation
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Distribute malware or spam
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service
• Use the email-to-todo feature to relay spam or phishing

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Teams and billing

• Personal plan — free, for individual use. No team features.
• Team plan — $12 per seat per month. Includes team visibility, suggestions, and all collaboration features.

Team plan billing is handled through our payment processor. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

Email-to-todo

When you forward an email to TeamList, the content of that email is processed and stored as a todo. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share that content with TeamList. Do not forward sensitive information (passwords, financial data, health records) unless you understand it will be stored as a todo.

Data and privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and how we handle it. By using TeamList, you agree to that policy.

Intellectual property

TeamList's name, logo, design, and code are our property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them. Your content remains yours.

Limitation of liability

TeamList is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost data, lost revenue, or interruption of service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Account termination

You can stop using TeamList at any time. Contact us to delete your account and data. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms, with or without notice.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If the changes are significant, we will notify you by email or with a notice in the app. Continued use of TeamList after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Shelby County, Tennessee.
